1. Terms

By downloading or using the LemoPlayer app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. App Purpose & Content Disclaimer

LemoPlayer is strictly a media player application. We do not provide, host, or distribute any media content, live streams, or VODs. Users must provide their own content (such as M3U playlists or direct video URLs).

We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or quality of the content you choose to play using our software. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal right to view the content you provide to the player.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

If you believe that any content played through the app infringes upon your copyright, please note that LemoPlayer does not host this content. You must contact the respective server host or content provider that is distributing the media stream. We do not have the technical ability to remove content from third-party servers.

4. Network Requirements

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. LemoPlayer cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, or if you don't have any of your data allowance left.

5. Updates and Termination

We may update the app at some point. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.
